Onboarding Process

Getting started with Empower Ability Disability Support Services is simple and supportive. Here’s how the process works:

Step 1: Initial Contact

Reach out via phone, email, or our website contact form. Our intake team will respond within 24-48 hours.

Step 2: Needs Assessment

We arrange a free consultation to understand your needs, NDIS plan, goals, and preferences

Step 3: Service Agreement

Once you’re happy to proceed, we draft a tailored NDIS Service Agreement, outlining supports and pricing.

Step 4: Onboarding

You’ll be assigned a key contact (such as a support coordinator or care manager). We’ll work with you to build a personalised support plan.

Step 5: Support Commences

Your chosen services begin at your pace. We offer regular reviews to ensure everything aligns with your evolving goals.
